VINTAGE MURANO GLASS SFUMATO BIRD ART SCULPTURE BARBINI VAMSA AVENTURINE NR

Description

Up for auction is this vintage Mid Century Modern hand-blown glass art bird with aventurine gold flecks and beautifully sculpted head, beak, body, and feathers. The aventurine gives the clear body a yellow canary color which is very nice!
I believe this is a Murano piece, perhaps by Alfredo Barbini, Sfumato for VAMSA.
Displays beautifully from all angles and in good overall condition though one wing has a small tip loss. Not very noticeable at all, especially when displayed.
Would make a fantastic display piece, fine addition to a collection, or a great gift!
