Vintage DIANA LYNN Paper Dolls RARE BOX #5183 Cardboard Dolls UNCUT 50s Clothes.
Published be Saalfield, 1953.
Original 11” x 13” x 1” box. (Diana Lynn Paper Dolls are more commonly seen in book form.) Box is in near pristine condition.
Cardboard dolls are thick, over 11” high, with their own stands. I am guessing that the dolls and stands were originally packaged in the cellophane bag, as shown in Photo #12. The package had been opened when this set came into my possession.
Also included are 4 loose pages of uncut 1950s fashions. Although there is some very slight yellowing consistent with age overall, the clothes remain vividly colorful.
(The Diana Lynn books feature 5 pages of fashions. I can’t find information to tell me whether or not the box set was complete with only 4 pages.)
Stored where there are no pets, no smoking.
