Vintage American Bisque Pottery Blue Bow Heart Vase

It’s about 5 ¾” tall. This is a sweet, romantic vase with a curved heart, flowers and bow on a white body. It is accented with metallic gold. There are no mfg. marks. The ID on the bottom is a clear label I put there and I believe it can be peeled off, but I’m not sure.
There are no chips, cracks or crazing, but there is residue in the bottom, inside that my bottle brush could not remove.
