    Description

    This exquisite two handled sugar bowl boasts a circular form with flared rim and matching flared base.  The squat body is beautifully decorated with chased and repousse upright acanthus leaves and other rocaille motifs. The bowl was expertly crafted by James Charles Edington, London, 1829 and bares the maker's mark  J.C.E.  The bowl weighs approximately 21 troy ounces.
