The harnesses I have are in good condition but this is a military surplus item and so they WILL show some MINOR use such as smell, dirt, dust, scuffs, abrasions, fading, scratches/scuffs on buckles, tape residue, or writing such as identification. The load lifter straps will have wear on them from the buckles and the buckles may be missing. There may be a small tear or rip but NOTHING that will affect it's usage. Most are in really good condition but some may have a little fraying or tear on the straps. Padding is still in really condition! The pictures show what kind of condition they may be in and are a representation of what you may receive. As the title states, these do NOT have the Quick Release Straps.
