    JAYMAR SPECIALTY CO. “MOTHER AND DAUGHTER PAPER DOLLS" SET #974 DOLLS HAVE MATCHING CLOTHING
    I have been working on liquidating my late sisters collections and many of you who
    have been following my listings and I wish to THANK YOU, ALL!!   I HAVE FUN SEARCHING THROUGH ALL OF HER INTERESTING FINDS!
    Meet the LOOK ALIKE 'MOTHER AND DAUGHTER PAPER DOLLS' that have MATCHING WARDROBES!!  The Mother in this set is 11 1/2 inches tall, while her Daughter is 8 3/4 inches tall.  The dolls have a plastic overlay on the bodies that is meant to be able to keep their costumes in a "STAY-PUT" position while using no tabs on the clothing.  I think this is done by simply rubbing the clothing on the doll to create a 'static cling'.  All of the clothing for the dolls are matching and have been cut out.  There are some accessories for the dolls that have yet to be cut out.  The stands for the dolls have some condition issues as one is taped and the other is in 2 pieces.  The original box has no taped corners on the lid but there is some wear at the corner on the lid.
