The majority of our international shipments are made via Royal Mail who will pass on your order to your national postal service. We do not recommend using a PO Box as a postal address as for registered parcels a signature will be required.
Returns
You must contact us for authorisation code before returning any goods. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of delivery, starting the day after you receive the goods, and return your order for a refund.
For unwanted items the goods must be returned by you in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a signed for service delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for the item until we have it back. We will offer refund for new items which are returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. Items must be returned in the same brand new, unused and saleable condition with all labels and original packaging. If the goods are unsuitable, a refund for the purchase price will be issued. It may take up to 28 days to refund your payment from the date your items arrive in our warehouse.
In the unlikely event that your goods are received damaged or faulty, or they develop a fault in a very short period of time, 30 days from purchase, please contact us.
