    1934 ORIGINAL BOXED SET #2077 "4 STANDING DOLLS WITH WOODEN BASES" 4 PAPER DOLLS INCLUDED
    This is JUST ONE OF MANY BOXED SETS OF PAPER DOLLS FOUND IN MY late sister's collections.
    This is SAALFIELD PUBLISHING CO. SET #2077 THAT IS TITLED "4 STANDING DOLLS WITH WOODEN BASES".  The doll's names are: BABETTE, BOBBY, JEAN, AND CAROLYN.  The dolls range in size from 5 to 6 inches tall.  All of the dolls have some condition issues at their feet where they have been put on one of the doll's wooden stands.  There is currently only 2 wooden stands for the dolls in the box.  Both of the stands included do have some damage to them but can still be used.  The Carolyn doll does have a slight darkening stain on one of her arms.  The photos I have included show each doll next to the clothing for that doll.  It appears that Carolyn has only a Japanese Costume in her wardrobe.  I love the faces on these cuties!!  The original box for this set does have some condition issues as bot the lid and base of the box have flattened and are in need of some TLC.  This lid has 2 split corners and a tear on one of the end flaps.
