1899 Moulin Rouge Spectacle French Theatre Antique Tri Fold Color Program Ads

This is a very rare tri-fold Moulin Rouge theater program from 1899. The program has great color and iconic graphics. Given the nature of this and its age, it's in excellent condition with some minor tears and creases.
There is no date on this, although someone wrote in pencil on the bottom "1899" so I assume that this is the year that it's from. The only flaw on this is that there appeared to be something glued on the inside cover (probably a correction to an ad) which is mostly no longer present.
Unfolded, this is quite large, measuring 35 1/4 inches wide (with each panel being 11 3/4 inches) and is 5 3/4 inches tall. The frame measures 13.25 x 13 inches.
